The SKS cluster got restarted, so the runner got re-enabled and things look OK.

The #4029 k8s runner on exoscale SKS job runner has been paused, it should help the other jobs not to be scheduled there.

There are issues with the Gitlab runners in the Exoscale SKS cluster. We're investigating this.
